Return Policy:
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, accessories, etc., please email customer service at [email protected] within 10days from the date of shipping, to arrange for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You must return items in new or unused condition with all original packaging and materials included.
We must receive your returned items within 10 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your item after 10 days of the date of shipping, we may refuse your return and ship it back to you at your expense.
